Two nights accommodations. Six foot table for each Cropper. Saturday & Sunday Continental Breakfast. Saturday night Dinner Buffet. Hotel offers a cafe, restaurant and bar Door prizes throughout the weekend. Massage Therapist- get pampered with a chair massage or up to an one hour table massage, for a fee.

About The Crop

10:00am: Check-In When you arrive you will proceed to the ballroom and we will check you in.

11:00am: Hotel Check-Out

Crop Weekend ends at 3 pm….that means cleaned up and out of the ballroom.

Ballroom Temperature

The ballroom temperature will be set around 70 degrees…but it is always best to wear layers since ballroom temperatures are sometimes uneven. Be comfortable – P.J.’s & Slippers, Sweatsuits, etc.


Things To Bring

YOUR PICTURES, Extension cords, power strips, duct tape, LIGHTS. Table cloth/shower curtain to cover your work area when you go to bed. SPILL PROOF mug (must have a lid) or water bottle, $$ to visit our vendors! **Your $75 deposit for our next Scrapbook Weekend to save your space!

SPACE IS LIMITED TO 100 CROPPERS:
Your spot is not held until we receive your registration form and $75 deposit due immediately. Your room size will be determined by your roommate(s) paying on time! Example….if your room has three registered croppers but only two are paid in full by March 1st the other Cropper will forfeit their deposit and the registration will cancel and everyone will then become a double. We will then take someone from our waitlist.
