Includes:
Saturday night Dinner Buffet.
Massage Therapist- get pampered with a chair massage or up to an one hour table massage, for a fee.
Friday - 10 am Check-in
when you arrive come right to the ballroom.
Sunday - 3 pm Crop ends and everything must be cleaned up and out of the ballroom.
Hotel Check-in at the desk is 3 pm
Hotel Check -out is 11 am
Ballroom Temperature
The ballroom temperature will be set around 70 degrees…but it is always best to wear layers since ballroom temperatures are sometimes uneven. Be comfortable – P.J.’s & Slippers, Sweatsuits, etc.
Things To bring
Extension cords, power strips, duct tape, small bag for table trash, LIGHTS. Table cloth/shower curtain to cover your work area when you go to bed. SPILL PROOF mug (must have a lid) or water bottle, $$ to visit our vendors! **Your deposit for our next Scrapbook Weekend to save your space
